I had a wonderful, much needed shamanic healing session at my friend's place yesterday, and afterwards I felt light and tired but really longing to get out in the sunshine, so I went to the rocks down by the lake to sit and sunbathe for a while (and film and take photos too).
I love to capture the different seasons and later go back and remember what the weather was like a particular month. Despite autumn being here, I'm amazed by how warm and green it is. Beautiful.
