I've started to go for a run every day before work, and I'm amazed of how fast the body gets used to the routine of fresh forest air - it's longing to just get out there and move each time I wake up in the morning.
That's why I love living close to nature, so that it's just a short bus ride away to the tracks. And autumn is perfect for running again, because it's not to hot and the ground hasn't got to slippery yet.
