First things first. Give yourself some love by giving your body lovely things to eat, then sleep, then repeat. Take a walk, do some situps or yoga breaths and finish with a big glass of water.
Say thank you to your food before you eat it, ask your flowers how they feel and treat everything like a friend instead of a ”thing” or ”non-living being”, and see where that takes you.
Everything is alive and breathing, in its own way. It’s beautiful.
