When I was young I wanted to be liked by everyone, I wanted to be the perfect person that didn't upset anyone or said the wrong things. Now I understand that it's quite an impossible mission to undertake, because there is always people who will be hurt and angry with me no matter what I do to try to please them, because they are in my life to show me something. And I have a role in their life too, to show them something. We are not here to please each other, we are here to express ourselves.
It's scary to be vulnerable, but that's how you move forward in life. For every no there is a yes.
