Today it's almost -12 °C and the ice skaters has started their skating across the lake. Now when the sun is out with no wind it's quite warm and cozy to get into a huge jacket and go for a walk, and it's also necessary to get rid of the back pain. It's a lot better today, so maybe I'll start with the yoga again too.
