The weather is really grey and dull... I have no Christmas spirit at all.
This week I've started to do some yoga again, trying to use my broken toe as much as possible to learn the brain that it is okay to start use it again (I think, it's been five weeks now and I believe it's mostly the tendon that hurts because I havn't used it for so long... Same thing happened when I broke my left hand fingers many years ago).
Need to do some physiotherapy, and yoga is perfect for that!
