Back pain

Two days ago, I woke up with severe and sharp back pain, mainly in the left upper back and the left ribcage muscles. I think it's because I've overused that side to compensate for my broken right toe, and now the muscles just have had enough of that...


The good thing is that I have a bathtub, so my new daily routine is having a bath before going to work, and just lay in the water and relax for at least 20 minutes. It helps a lot.
